Consultations are by appointment, and every effort will be made by staff to accommodate your preferred time and Doctor. Please call 1300 DEE WHY to book a consultation time.

It is important to make individual appointment times for each member of the family, should additional family members require consultation, (unscheduled consultations can cause unnecessary and inconveniently lengthy waiting times for patients following your appointment). Longer appointment times can be made on request, and you should inform the receptionist at the time of booking that you require a long consult. (Lengthened consultations should be made if you have a complex medical issue or multiple medical issues, require a specialist referral or second opinion, require the consult for insurance purposes or are undertaking a screening examination)

On Arrival

It is very important to let the receptionist know when you arrive; we will locate your medical records and prepare them for your consultation. If you hold a concession/pension card please let the receptionist know when you arrive, you may be asked to show your card if you wish to be charged a discounted fee.

Delays

Every effort is made by our Medical Practitioners to remain within their appointment times; however unforeseen circumstances and emergencies can cause the Centre to run late. We apologize for any inconvenience, and ask for your understanding should this circumstance develop. Please be assured you will be seen by the Doctor as close to your appointment time as possible, and your consultation will not be rushed. If you wish to ring the Medical Centre before leaving home for your appointment the receptionist will inform you as to the approximate waiting time.

Fees

Walk in consultations for patients with a valid Medicare card will be BULK BILLED.The private fees for patients without a medicare card is $65.00, and $95.00 for a long or more complicated consultation.It is requested that you pay your account at the time of consultation.Our standard fee schedule structure is set out below:
